Terms of service
Thanks so much for visiting us. When you place an order with us we aim to dispatch your goods within 24hrs after receiving your payment. If for any reason we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock we will advise you via email as soon as possible.
We use NZ Post (Courier Post) to deliver our packages to your door within 1-3 working days depending on where you are in the country. Please note that this may be longer for rural deliveries. We strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible but if you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange that for you.
Please keep in mind that deliveries are only made on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. If you place an order over a weekend our courier will not pick the order up from us until Monday. Also the address supplied must be an actual street address not a Post Office box. We will not deliver to any address which seems suspicious.
Your courier does not require a signature with parcels so if you are not home they will leave a your parcel in the best place for you, either front door or letterbox. If you would prefer your parcel to be left elsewhere, please let me know at time of order and I can arrange with the courier.
We do our best to ensure that your products arrive in the same condition that they left our building. If for any reason your goods do not arrive in great condition please contact us immediately on 0800 444 886. Although we are not responsible for damage to goods or loss of goods during transit, we will however do our best to rectify the situation. We take no responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address so please ensure your details are correct.
