Shipping and Delivery

Thanks so much for visiting us. When you place an order with us we aim to dispatch your goods within 24hrs after receiving your payment. If for any reason we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock we will advise you via email as soon as possible.

We use Now Couriers and Post Haste (Pass the parcel) to deliver your packages to your door within 1-3 working days depending on where you are in the country. Please note that this may be longer for rural deliveries. We strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible but if you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange that for you.

We are Auckland based so any Auckland deliveries placed before 1pm can be dispatched same day and typically will be delivered the next working day. Also any orders in the North Island is generally 1-2 days and south Island deliveries can be anywhere between 1-3 days.

Please keep in mind that deliveries are only made on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. If you place an order over a weekend our courier will not pick the order up from us until Monday. Also the address supplied must be an actual street address not a Post Office box. We will not deliver to any address which seems suspicious.

Your courier requires a signature with all parcels so if you are not home when they call, they will leave a calling card for you with instructions on how to get your goodies. If you would prefer your parcel to be left in the letterbox or on your doorstep, please let me know and I can arrange with the courier.

We do our best to ensure that your products arrive in the same condition that they left our building. If for any reason your goods do not arrive in great condition please contact us immediately on 0800 444 886. Although we are not responsible for damage to goods or loss of goods during transit, we will however do our best to rectify the situation. We take no responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address so please ensure your details are correct.

Auckland City - Covering all of Auckland                                             $6.00 per order

North Island - Everywhere outside of the Auckland area                     $7.50 per order

South Island - Anywhere in the South Island                                        $7.50 per order

Your shipping details will appear as a drop down menu at the checkout. Please use the correct delivery option to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. If your address is rural, this must also be stated to ensure an efficient delivery.

NB: Please note that we cannot deliver to Waiheke Island. Best option here is to get it delivered to a different Auckland address.
