Refund policy

You may return any item you purchase in new condition, unopened and in original packaging for a credit or full refund less shipping costs within 7 days of delivery*. Send us an email to sales@justparty.co.nz quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. We will happily pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Any return courier or postage charges are at your own expense. For all returns include a copy of your invoice and reason for the return.
